Get Tweakwise: Before you can install the add-on, you’ll need to sign up for a Tweakwise Search & Merchandising subscription.
Install the add-on: Once you have your Tweakwise account, simply install the Tweakwise Search & Merchandising add-on from the App Center in Sana Admin.
Connect and configure: Follow the easy steps to connect your Sana web store to Tweakwise. This involves entering your Tweakwise instance key and setting up the product feed from Sana to Tweakwise. You’ll also configure which keyword and filter fields to share with Tweakwise.
Import your products: Run the product import task in Sana Admin to send your product data to Tweakwise. Then, run the feed import task in Tweakwise to complete the process.
Customize your search: Now the fun begins! Head over to Tweakwise to configure your search, filtering, suggestions, and merchandising options. Tweakwise offers a ton of flexibility to create a truly personalized search experience for your customers.
